01 Unwinder
- Shaftless chucks suit both 3” and 6” cores
- Equipped with E+L web guiding device
02 Coating unit- 5 roll solventless coating system with precise ceramic coated rollers that last longer than normal chrome coated rollers.
- User-friendly trolley to allow easy loading and unloading of transfer rubber roller. A sleeve type is offered as an option.
- Rollers are precisely thermo-controlled depending on specific requirements of adhesives
03 Laminating unit- Precisely themo-controlled laminating rollers assembly
- A cooling roller is equipped for better adhesive leveling effect
- Both laminating roller and cooling roller are ceramic coated for longer lifespan.
- A back-up roller is equipped for better laminating performance
04 Rewinder- Shaftless chucks to comply with 6” cores
- Lay-on roller for better winding performance
- Taper tension control is equipped for higher winding quality
05 In-line coating weight measurement system- The optional in-line coating weight measurement system detects real time coating weight to ensure the proper amount of adhesive is applied, therefore sufficient bonding strength is maintained without excessive use of adhesive.
- Auto close-loop control is offered as an option. Once is actual coating weight falls out of the set range of coating weight, the system sends signal to the machine to enable the auto adjustment of coating weight.
